If you have any concerns/complaints about the quality of care and
patient safety in the hospital, you may contact the hospital' s
Management at
901-369-8501. If your concerns/complaints cannot be resolved at that
level, you may contact the Joint Commission. When submitting a
concern/complaint to the Joint Commission, you may either provide your
name and contact information or submit your concern/complaint
anonymously. Providing your name and contact information enables the
Joint Commission to inform you about the actions taken in response to
your concern/complaint, and also to contact you should additional
information be needed.
